Brother David Rodney Scruggs's life exemplified the principles of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.—Manly deeds, scholarship and love for all mankind. To honor his dedication to the fraternity and the community, the Delta Lambda Foundation has established the Bro. David R. Scruggs, Esq. Memorial Fund. This fund seeks to support initiatives that were close to Brother Scruggs's heart, continuing his legacy of service and excellence.
